Pojectionist display in 2.5 why won't show full slide with

Can any one tell me why the pojectionists scheen only shows part of the slide with timinings it works ok when in manual mode but if i Play a powerpoint with timimings it only shows part on m y schreen but the main schreen is ok any one any ideas

Zionworx takes a screen shot this will be at the start of the begining.

It does not update with the ppt screen so will not show the presentations screen.

I have to have a second screen by me so I see exactly what's on screen.
