Here's an issue we came across on Sunday morning that we had not seen before and I think is worthy of changing in the next release.

If the running PowerPoint presentation has been blacked out and not stopped, then when you press F12 to display the background and song words nothing happens because PP has priority.

Given that Zionworx main purpose is song presenting then this feature of the product should have priority, and F12 (or double-clicking a song and any other way to display the song words) should go on-top of any current PP presentation.

Of course, the operator should have stopped PP and not just blanked it and we would have had no issue, but life is not as easy as that...

Initially I could not duplicate this error, but...

It only happens if you run PPT through ZW (which I don't normally bother with, since it mucks up my non-programmable remote control's capabilities!).

So, yes it needs fixing. But in the meantime you can always run PPT separately.
