Zionworx

I can't get power point to work with Zionworx. the 'Display status' indicates 'Background' 'text' AND ' Powerpoint' but I don't know how to get the PP tab to turn blue. The green 'Play' arrow appears bottom left and when clicked open the PP slide show but not on the 2nd monitor (projector). Any thoughts would be appreciated.

In powerpoint you need to setup the show to display in second monitor.


Slide Show> Set up Show

Then use the Show on pull down box to choose second screen.


It is not saved when you save the file you have to do this every time.

Actually if you're using PowerPoint XP/2002/2003 then the setting is saved and so you only need to set it once.

If you're using PowerPoint 2000, which I expect you are, then unfortunately there isn't a workaround for this - you have to change the 'Show On' setting manually within PowerPoint for every presentation you load - thanks Micro$oft

P.S. If anyone has found a workaround for this problem then please share it!

ah time for an upgrade then...

I am running older ppt so I did not know MS had fixed the bug..
