Error when second monitor becomes disconnected
Posted: Sun Oct 04, 2009 8:55 pmI was dong some troubleshooting training of our operators and came upon this:
1. Disconnect the monitor out from the laptop to the projector with Zioworx running with powerpoint show loaded (can't remember if it was running or not)
2. Reconnect monitor, go through the set-up of the display to extend desktop on second screen
3. When then using powerpoint within Zionworx (and sometimes song screen also) get the error box "Access violation at address 0045CB34 in module 'Zionworx.exe'. Read of address 00000004"
Not a major one as its pretty unusual to do this, but has happened at least once as our laptop does not have anywhere to screw the cable into the laptop case!
