Dear Webmaster
Having uploaded version 2.6, having previously removed v2.0 from computer, i am told 'Zionworx.exe. has stopped working properly' when clicking my desktop logo. Am using vista.
What can you advise please?
Many thanks
James

It could be that the uninstallation left the old ZionWorx shortcut in place that points to the previous installation location. If you right mouse click on the shortcut and select properties it will bring up a dialog for the shortcut. You can check the text for the shortcut to see if it is pointing at the right installation location and edit if necessary.

ONLY DO THE FOLLOWING IF YOU HAVE A BACKUP OF YOUR SONG DATABASE - see elsewhere in forum for instructions.
Remove version 2.6 and delete anything in the menus that is to do with ZW and remove c:\program files\zionworx (or c:\program files (x86)\zionworx if you are running 64 bit Windows Vista). Also delete c:\ProgramData\Zionworx (this is a hidden folder, so enter it into the folder name/location bar in Explorer as just opening C:\ will not show it to you).
Install v2.6 from scratch and restore your songs backup.
