I just did a search on this forum for the words "projector control" and it reported:

The following words in your search query were ignored because they are too common words: control projector

Err - no they are not. I also just tried searching for "database" and was told that was too common too. Can we get the search fixed on the forum please (and whilst at it, the search when it is working does not query post subjects or all forums correctly - a search for vlc returns only one item from the 2.5 forum, and without a title to click on to find the article [last item in result set], where a search for "vista" returns nothing for the v2.5 forum at all and items do exist in the forum for that title.

Note I am using the search box top right of the screen, and if I use the search within the current forum that says stuff like nothing matched, which is not true.
