Powerpoint problem

I love the Zionworx software, but since upgrading to v2.6 I've had problems with viewing slideshows in Powerpoint (in and out of Zionworx presentations). In particular I can't view videos which are embedded in the powerpoint presentations - I just get a white screen instead. I went back to v2.5 and the problem persisted. Are there any ideas as to why this might have happened and what I can do about it?

Have all service packs and updates been applied to powerpoint?
What other installs have been made?
