Trouble with a clock warning

The Dell 800 has been working erratically, so it is in the shop. I had a friend put together a desktop to put into a permanent installation and downloaded Zionworx 2.5 to put on it. I have to go on a mission trip on Monday and do not have time to sort out 2.6 before early service at 8:30 EST in the US. I registered last night and have not yet received a confirmation or registration number. Now, the program is telling me my clock is wrong, which it is not, and I have tried rebooting as suggested. I am not able to use Zionworx at all. I still have to put in the songs for tomorrow, and it is getting to be Panic Time. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
