If you convert the txt file to an XML file in the form of the v2.6 playlist and then open the xml file as a playlist in v2.6 then it will build a correct database for you. This database should open in v2.5.

You do it by hand. Unless you can find something to automate it, but this is unlikely as the txt file you have is in your own personal format and you need to convert from this to a known format and it is unlikely anything will exist to do this.

If you have Microsoft Access then you can open the v2.0 database files and see if you can copy and paste your txt file in (again depends on what format the text file is in) or use the TurboDB tools to create your own and create a valid 2.6 database.
