Zionworx

I have been using zionworx V2.5 w ppt 2000 sp-1 with no problems. I updated XP version 5.1 build 2600.xpsp_sp2. through the windows update and now zionworx is not opening ppt or even seeing ppt when it is opened. I have checked zionworx and ppt is still enabled. Any Ideas?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling zionworx? (having backed up your data first)

Uninstalled and reinstalled. Zionworx worked will PPT on first run. Shut down Zionworx and after retarting it does not see powerpoint.

Hi. Zionworx opens powerpoint automatically when it opens. There are sometimes issues when you open Zionworx with powerpoint already open. Can you confirm that if you close powerpoint and Zionworx that the problem still occurs when Zionworx is restarted.

Zionworx does not see powerpiont, if I open zionworx first or after powerpoint. I get a prompt that says at the top "Warning" "powerpoint does not appear to be running, please restart it manually to continue." When I push the ok button, I get "Error" "The presention could not be opened". Thanks

Can you confirm also that ZionWorx DOES actually automatically open PowerPoint when it starts up?

Powerpoint does not open with zionworx, I have to open it. I was going to try uninstalling powerpoint and reinstalling it.

Problem Solved!!!
Ran the detect and repair in powerpoint and it fixed the problem!
