Zionworks - Hanging Computer

We have been using Zionworks for the last year or so with good results. We have though had two occassions where Zionworks has had a blip and needed the whole PC rebooted. On the first occassion whilst displaying a song, the cursor started looping through the verses constantly. Stopping and starting Zionworks on its own didn't cure the fault.

On the second occassion, the same thing happened except that this time it was the slides in a Powerpoint presentation that were being looped through.

We are using the current version of Zionworks.

Any ideas?

Stuck key on the keyboard? When it happens again try tapping the enter key a key times (or maybe the arrow keys - probably the last pressed key) and see if it stops.

Or, try a different keyboard.

I had the same problem...it was the usb keyboard. I moved it to a ps2 port (with the included adapter) and all was good again.

Next time this happens, unplug the keyboard and see if it stops. If that does it, then get a different keyboard.
