Can't start ZW

Can't start ZW

Hi, I downloaded ZW but when I click on the icon to start I get the following error messages...
"A call to an os function failed"
then
Application error
exception EOSError in module zionworx.exe at 00010E02
a call to an OS function failed.

Any suggestions?

I forgot to mention that I am running ME on my Dell lap top.
