Can't start : Error, General extraction error Location IMP1

I have downloaded version 2.5-06 into a temp directory and run the installer. This seemed to run with out any issue. When I tried to open ZionWorx "Start -> All Programs -> ZionWorx 2.5 -> ZionWorx" I get a message popup "Error, General extraction error Location IMP1"

I decided that I could get registered and this might resolve the problem but having got the registration key tonight, this has not made any difference.

I am running on XP Home Edition, SP2 with an Athlon 64 3000 and 512MB
memory.

Can you help please.
