Save alert size? color?

I cannot save the settings of alert size and color.
Is there anyway to do that?

You can save postion and then recall it.

Top left hand corner under settings.

It only saves the position but not the alert size, colors and font style.
Is it possible to change these settings manually in some data file, so that it is not reset each time the program is closed?
