Firstly thanks, this is a very useful tool and is much appreciated.

Is there a way of populating the other information fileds in the database using this tool (title2,writer,copyright etc)?

If not would you consider adding a checkbox (or similar) for something like 'includes header row' and permitting a tab delimited header row at the top of each data file.

The finished data file would look something like:-

title1 \t title2 \t writer \t copyright \t (etc)
lyrics
lyrics
lyrics
(etc)

Thanks for your compliment,

It's possible to implement what you have suggested, I will have to think how to implement it when I find time.

At the moment it uses the filename of the text file for 'Title 1', to implement an algorithm to read the first line in the text file and extrapolate the headers shouldn't too difficult...
