Importing songs from Word

I have tried to use the import function to import songs from a Word document but only a few characters of gobbledegook appear in the panel, whereas when I cut and paste from Word it copies across perfectly. Why is this? What can I do to remedy it?

you will need to download the software from the download section of the zionworx website.
You then need to save the word document as a txt document then you can use this utillity to import the document
