Problem getting powerpoint to display properly

I can't seem to get the powerpoint section to work properly, even after going to set up show and clicking on extend. The view (text/background/powerpoint) thing that either highlightys or is in black is always in black for the powerpoint, even when i click on the powerpoint section. I have enabled powerpoint and it automatically turns on when i turn on zionworks - I just can't get it to show on the monitor

Have you pressed the green play symbol at the bottom of the powerpoint column. You need to use these controls to start stop pause and advance powerpoint.
