I have tried to enter the registration key sent to me but I get the following message

" The name/key you entered does not appear to be valid. Please try again"

I copied and pasted the user_name and registration_key number from the auto registration note.

Please re-register without any " in the text this can cause issues with key generation

Hi, I have tried out your suggestion with respect to removing quotes / apostrpohies from my name as well as trying out different formats of my name but am getting the same error message.

Is there any other suggestions?

As I said please re- register your name without quotes or ' on the website.
