Registration key does not work

I recieved a registration key, and tried it on my local home computer (Win XP) with ZionWorx installed. But, I got a message like "user name och registration key is not okay". How do I solve this??

Sorry the system has issues with ä so please register again without ä but use a instead.

I usually pick up on this and fix it before the server sends out a registration,

I have modified the new site to tell people not to use these.
