No reply following download and registration

Hi!

I received an autoresponse email on 29/7 indicating I would get a reply within 24 hours following download and registration. However, I still have not received a follow-up email. Please can you help?

I have checked the server an no entry was made to the log.

I will look out for it.

We are working on these issues as the server has done this on several occasions in the last week or two.

Also can you email me back the message you got.

You should find a nice reply to you registration details.

Our server processed this around 6.30pm uk time.

When did you register.....

Registrations are taking a little longer as a new server program is running and has had a few issues.

Any problems email me direct and I will check details waiting on server que.

I will be able to purge jobs at 6.30 UK time tonite......So I will check then.

Please be patient as this is an on going issue......and is better than we had 12months ago when it would take up to 2 weeks for use to manually process registrations now it is around 48hours max.
