DIB error on startup

Here's a new one for me...

Just loaded up Zionworks this morning, after sorting the choruses for today (last night).

It was fine last night, but now this morning, during startup (well, just as it seems to have loaded it all up, i get a "DIB Error".

Other than that, it seems to work ok, but haven't checked many songs to check if any song content has been lost....

Any ideas?
